Alta / ACSM (Land Title Surveys): A commercial survey that allows the client to include as much or as little information as needed, usually including title work and Table A. (available to print by opening tab to the top right). The commercial surveys are generally needed for sell of business sites, larger land development and subdivisions. Alta surveys are sometimes combined with a topographical survey for a complete and detailed drawing for site design.
As built surveys: Are surveys done after the construction to prove project has been completed, competed correctly, or to show necessary changes that were made along the way.
Construction Layout: Any type of staking for the purpose of building something, rough staking roads or buildings, pining footers, staking right-of-ways for roads or railroads, staking the roads or railroads themselves, staking bridges or pipes( storm or sanitary sewer ), utilities, erosion control locations as in silt fence and detention areas, landscaping and grade work for the same. We carry a 10 hour OSHA Construction certification and a MICCS drug cards. Available throughout the US.
Topographical Surveys:Including topo and tree locations for landscape design, topo for sewer design and location, ponds, and subdivision design. Topographical surveys are used to determine the actual contours of the subject property.
Boundary Surveys:Retracement of original property lines and location of existing fences and other improvements on the property. Property corners are marked with capped rebar. A boundary survey is needed to establish property lines for the construction of fences and other new structures.
Original Surveys: An original survey is needed to form a new (original) tract of land out of a parent tract.
Surveyor Location Report (SLR) or Mortgage Survey: A surveyor location report shows the property boundary lines and all the permanent structures located on the property.
Environmental Surveys: The layout of erosion control plans and wetland areas, hazardous sites that may contain chemical spills such as PCBS or pesticides, Chemical plants or Battery production plants. We Carry OSHA’s 40 hour HAZARDOUS WASTE SITE COURSE in accordance with the OSHA Hazardous Waste and Emergency Response Operations Standard 29 C.F.R. 1910.120 (hazwoper certification).
Accident Surveys: Surveys that are detail maps with topographical features showing signs and structure that may have contributed to an accident or its severity. Also including actual certified distances used in drug related cases.
